My yoga practice began as a way to have a little "me" time. From the very start I could feel that yoga was to have a much larger impact on my life. For me, yoga has taught me a healthier way to live and has shown me peace, joy, acceptance and non-judgment. I can only hope that by sharing the knowledge I've been given that it will be like a pebble dropped into a pond and have a positive ripple effect on those around me.
Stephanie is certified to teach Hatha Yoga through the Living Yoga Program in Austin, TX and has a background in nursing. She is also certified in Gentle Yoga, Chair Yoga and Yoga for Senior Citizens.
