Instructor, Stephanie Campbell, CYT

stephMy yoga practice began as a way to have a little "me" time. From the very start I could feel that yoga was to have a much larger impact on my life. For me, yoga has taught me a healthier way to live and has shown me peace, joy, acceptance and non-judgment. I can only hope that by sharing the knowledge I've been given that it will be like a pebble dropped into a pond and have a positive ripple effect on those around me.
Stephanie is certified to teach Hatha Yoga through the Living Yoga Program in Austin, TX and has a background in nursing. She is also certified in Gentle Yoga, Chair Yoga and Yoga for Senior Citizens.

Instructor, Cyndra Krogen-Morton, RYT

cyndraMy yoga practice started in 2006 as a way to complement my running, however it quickly evolved into much more than a way to improve my strength and flexibility. In looking back the greatest gift I received from yoga was not faster running times but an opportunity to explore and experiment with how I live my life both on and off my mat. Yoga continues to teach me the importance of breath, presence and compassion for all parts of myself.
My intention as a teacher is to create an environment of unconditional acceptance and encouragement for participants. My deepest desire is to provide a safe space where people can be whoever and wherever they need to be in each moment.
I completed my teacher training at It's All Yoga in Sacramento, CA in March 2011. In addition to teaching yoga I have been a group running coach, counselor, health educator and trainer.
